Custom web development
We do custom web development: we write your site's code instead of assembling it on top of a purchased template. That changes two concrete things. First, the site does exactly what your business needs — no extra features, no missing ones. Second, it doesn't carry the weight of twenty plugins you will never use.
We work from Santo Domingo for all of the Dominican Republic. The person who designs your system is the person who answers when you write.
What «custom» means, and what it doesn't
«Custom» gets used loosely in this market. Swapping the colors and logo on a WordPress theme is also sold as custom development, and it isn't: you are still inside the limits that theme decided to allow the day it was published.
We start from an empty file. The page structure, how each form behaves, how data is stored and what happens after someone submits a request are decisions made by looking at your operation, not by picking from a settings panel.
The practical result: when you need the site to do something new six months from now, the answer won't be «the theme doesn't allow it».
Why we don't build on WordPress
This deserves an honest answer, because it isn't an absolute rule: WordPress is a good tool for a blog with frequent posts and several writers. If that's your case, we'll tell you so.
The problem shows up when it's used for what it isn't. A company site built on a purchased theme plus eight plugins loads hundreds of kilobytes your business never uses, depends on every one of those plugins staying maintained, and multiplies the surface an attacker can reach. Most sites sold in this country are assembled that way because it is fast to deliver, not because it is best for the person paying.
Writing code from scratch takes longer the first week and saves time every month after that.
How we run a web development project
1. Understand the operation before designing
Before opening the editor we ask how customers reach you today, what you do when a request arrives, and where your time goes. Often the problem isn't solved by a prettier page but by a form that arrives organized, in the place it needs to arrive.
2. A closed proposal within 24 hours
You get scope, investment and delivery date in writing. No «starting at», no line items appearing halfway through.
3. Building, reviewed with you
You see the site running on a private link while it's built, not just screenshots. Changes are requested over WhatsApp, straight to the person writing the code.
4. Delivery and handover
The site ships with its domain, certificates and analytics configured. We walk you through what each part does so you don't depend on us to understand your own system.

When this service isn't for you
If you need a single-use page for an event next week, a free builder will do the job for less. If your total budget is below the cost of a year of domain and hosting, it doesn't make sense to start either.
We would rather say it upfront than charge for something that won't pay you back.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does a custom site take?
- A multi-page company site is usually live in one to three weeks, depending on how much content has to be produced. Projects with an internal system or integrations take longer and are estimated separately.
- Is the site mine, or tied to you?
- The domain is registered in your name and the code stays with you on delivery. Credentials are handed over in full, with no conditions and no lock-in.
- Can I edit the text myself?
- Yes — when the project calls for it we connect an editing panel for the text and images that will change often. What never changes doesn't go into a panel, because every editable piece adds complexity.
- Do you work with clients outside Santo Domingo?
- Yes. The whole process runs over WhatsApp and video calls, and we have clients outside the capital and outside the country.
