For companies
Websites for mid-sized companies
We build websites for companies that already have an operation, a team and customers, and whose current site has fallen behind. Usually it's a page built years ago that no longer describes what the company does, or a template nobody can change because whoever set it up is gone.
We work with Dominican companies in construction, professional services, healthcare, distribution and manufacturing.
What a mid-sized company is risking on its site
When you sell to other businesses or compete for contracts, your site gets visited at a very specific moment: someone already heard your name and is checking whether you're credible before replying.
In that visit they aren't looking to be convinced. They're looking for reasons to rule you out. A slow site, an old phone number, or projects from five years ago is reason enough.
So the job here isn't to make something flashy — it's to make something that survives the scrutiny of someone comparing three suppliers.
What we build for a company
One page per line of business
If you do three different things, that's three pages. Cramming them into one means you rank for none of them and the visitor can't find theirs.
Documented projects and clients
Concrete cases showing what was done and for whom, not a carousel of logos without context. That's what an evaluator actually reads.
Contact that reaches the right person
The form routes by what the visitor needs: sales, support or HR. No general inbox nobody checks.
A careers section
For companies hiring regularly, keeping openings on your own site saves time and reads better than posting only on social media.
Connecting the site to what you already use
A company site rarely lives alone. It connects to corporate email, to billing, sometimes to a CRM, and almost always to WhatsApp.
When those connections don't exist, someone makes them by hand: copying form data into a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet into the system, the system into an email. That invisible work can be removed, and it's usually what returns the most time out of the whole project.
The site as part of the operation, not a brochure
The difference between a mid-sized company and a small business is that the mid-sized one has processes. If the site touches none of them, it's an expensive brochure.
It shows most in the repetitive things: quotes that always ask for the same data, customers calling for a document they could download, distributors asking prices they could look up in a portal with a login.
Each of those is a small module, built once, saving hours every week.
How we handle a project with several stakeholders
One person decides
We ask you to name who approves. A project with four people giving opinions and nobody deciding takes twice as long, and the company pays for that.
Scope in writing before starting
Which pages, what works, what's out. Anything that comes up later is quoted separately, and said at the time, not in the final invoice.
Handover to the internal team
On delivery we document how each part is operated and who has which access, so the site doesn't depend on a single person inside your company either.
Frequently asked questions
- We already have a site. Can it be improved instead of rebuilt?
- Sometimes yes. If it sits on a reasonable foundation, speed, structure and content can be improved without starting over. We review it and tell you frankly which option is better; rebuilding isn't always the answer.
- Will we lose our current search rankings if we change site?
- Not if the migration is done properly. Old URLs are redirected to the new ones, content that already ranks is kept, and the search engines are notified. The real risk is migrating without redirects, which is what usually happens.
- Do you work with a contract and invoice?
- Yes. A contract with scope and deadlines, and a tax receipt if your company needs one.
- Who maintains the site afterwards?
- You can leave it with us on a maintenance plan or move it to your internal team. If you choose the latter, we hand over the code and documentation with no conditions.
