For consultants
Websites for consultancies and professional services
We build websites for consultants and professionals who sell judgment: lawyers, accountants, architects, business coaches, HR specialists, financial advisors.
In professional services the site doesn't close the sale. What it does is get you taken seriously before the first call, and filter out the people who don't fit so they don't eat your calendar.
Why selling judgment is different
A product can be shown. A consulting service can't: there's no photo that demonstrates how you analyze a problem.
The only thing a visitor can evaluate before speaking to you is how you think. And the only way to show how you think is to write something proving you understand their problem better than they do.
That's why a consulting site with three generic paragraphs and a handshake photo doesn't work: it gives nobody material to judge you on. And it's why content work matters more here than design.
What a consultancy's site needs
One page per problem you solve
Not per service you offer. Your client isn't searching for «organizational consulting», they're searching for «how to reduce staff turnover». The page has to be named after what they search for.
Who you are, with a name and a track record
In professional services people hire a person, not a brand. Hiding the team behind a corporate «we» removes trust rather than building it.
Evidence of real work
Cases with context, decision and outcome. Where confidentiality applies, describe the type of company and the problem without naming it. A well-told anonymous case convinces more than an unexplained logo.
A filter before the call
Saying who you work with — and who you don't — saves meetings that were never going to close. People who don't fit remove themselves, and that's a gain, not a loss.
Content is the asset, not the design
A consultant who writes about their specialty accumulates something competitors can't copy quickly. Every article answering a real client question is another door in from search, and it keeps working years after publication.
The site is built so publishing is easy: no depending on us to upload a piece, and a structure already prepared so each new piece links properly to the rest.
If you aren't going to write, we'll say so and adjust the scope. An empty blog does more harm than no blog.
How we structure it
We start with your last ten clients
What they arrived with, what worried them, which words they used. That's where the page titles come from — far better than any keyword list.
A clear route to contact
Each page ends where it should: in a conversation. WhatsApp, a booked call or a short form, depending on how you prefer to work.
Calendar connected if you need it
If you run initial diagnostics, we connect your calendar so clients book directly and five emails coordinating a time stop happening.
Frequently asked questions
- I can't publish my clients' names. Does it still work?
- Yes. Cases get written by sector and size: «a distributor with thirty employees facing this problem». The reader recognizes their own situation, which is what matters, and you break no confidentiality.
- Do I need a blog?
- Only if you'll write consistently, or if we'll write for you. Publishing three articles and abandoning it leaves a visible date from two years ago, which says something worse than having no blog.
- I work alone. Will it show that I'm one person and not a firm?
- It will show, and that's fine. Trying to look like a large firm when you're one person breaks down as soon as the client asks two questions. We frame it as the strength it is: you speak directly to the person doing the work.
- Can I sell a program or training from the site?
- Yes. The sales page, payment and access to the material can all be built. That's a larger scope than a services site and is quoted separately.
